The family of William Rocco Piccirell, 87 has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in the accompaniment and services of their loved one and to honor this American Hero; we are honored to do so.

Mr. Piccirell enlisted in the Navy for four years during WWII and was a Pharmacist Mate. After being honorably discharged he earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University

In civilian life he worked 34 years as a Claims Adjuster for State Farm Insurance. He loved playing golf, and enjoyed fishing, cooking and gardening

He is survived by his wife Wilma; two sons Michael and Matthew, daughter Roxanne, step son Michael Horner plus 2 grandsons.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the funeral services to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

NOTE: Please enter quietly as service will be in progress.
