The family of Ezequiel P. Cerecerez has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero for his service and sacrifice to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Zeke was born and raised in Los Angeles CA.
He enlisted in the US NAVY in 1971 and deployed to Vietnam in November 1971 onboard the USS George McKenzie. He returned to San Diego in August 1972. In February 1991, he was recalled for Desert Storm. He retired from the US Naval Reserve in June 2000 with E-7 Chief. In August 2014 he joined the California State Military Reserve and was appointed Officer Candidate.
Zeke retired as a Lieutenant from the Monrovia Police Department. He was an officer from 1985 - September 2014. He was also a TAC officer at Rio Hondo Police Academy from 2001 - 2011. Most recently, Zeke was an adjunct professor with Union Institute and University. His hobbies included spending time with his family, running, biking, reading, and hiking.
He is survived by his spouse, Eva, their sons Mark, David, and Jon, four grandchildren, and five siblings.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage. Please ride/drive safely.
