The family of
CPO David William Patrick Duffy has requested the honor of the Patriot Guard at the service of this American Hero of the United States Navy. It would be our Honor to do so.
Chief Duffy served in the US Navy 1957 to 1980. He is a Vietnam Veteran and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal, US National Defense Medal, Humanitarian Medal, 6 good conduct awards and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
In civilian life David worked for 20 years as a mechanic for the US Post Office and he also managed bars around San Diego. He is survived by his wife Victoria and Daughter Cathy.
There will be dog tags for this mission.Note: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will having a Flag Line Only at Miramar Cemetery. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
