The family of Air Force Veteran E-1 David Wayne Spangenberg has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero for his service and sacrifice to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
David Spangenberg was a Pavement Maintenance Specialist stationed in Alaska clearing and repairing runways. His service was cut short due to a severe case of pneumonia. He served from March 1978-February 1979.
After his discharge he worked as a nurse.
He is survived by his wife Michelle, son Jacob and his sister, Susan Little.
