The family of Mark Alan Boda has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard to pay Honors for a fallen Hero. It will be our distinct honor to do so.


Mark was born to Melvin and Audrey Boda on July 8, 1954 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. His family moved to Anaheim, California when Mark was 7 years old.


Mark grew up in Southern California,where he attended Savanna High School. Mark met the love of his life and future bride, Virginia "Ginger" at Savanna High School. They Graduated in 1972 together.
 
After graduation Mark went straight into the Navy. Mark served During the Vietnam war on the "USS ENTERPRISE". During that time Mark became a "Plane Captain" or "Brown Shirt". He was in charge of launching and landing aircraft aboard the "USS Enterprise". Mark served from July 11, 1972 - July 10, 1978 when he received his "Honorable Discharge".


Upon Marks return from the Navy both Mark and Ginger got married and started a beautiful family.  .


Mark Worked as a journeyman tool and dye maker at Boeing for 33 years. Mark had a love for riding his motorcycles since his high school days, especially Harley's. In Marks off time he loved camping, boating, fishing, and playing golf
.

Marks Grand-kids gave him such great joy, and they loved their Papa so much. Mark will be greatly missed each and every day.


Mark, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on 12/18/15 and went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2015 with his family by his side


Mark is survived by his wife of 39 yrs. Ginger, 2 sons Jason & Danny, Daughter: Alisha , Brother:  Steve, Sister: Renee, and 11 Grandchildren.

"Standing for those who stood for us"


You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  Everyone is welcome.  We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car.  If this will be your first mission, go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
