The family of Earnest Earl Wardlow has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
After high school graduation in Champagne Urbana, Illinois Earnest joined the U.S. Army proudly serving his country during Korea from January 1952 to September 1953.
Following his military service Earnest met his first wife in Wisconsin, started working for GTE and raised his three daughters. They relocated to Long Beach where he spent thirty-five years with GTE
Earnest belonged to several organizations that included Huntington Beach Elks and the American Legion Post 555 in Midway City. Earnest had a great sense of humor and loved to tell jokes.

https://www.patriotguard.org/showthread.php?413491Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
