The family of Jesus Arenas has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to accompany them on this his final journey.

Jesus was born in Los Angeles on September 29, 1947 and entered into eternal rest on 11 November 2013.

Jesus proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1974. While in Vietnam Jesus was wounded in combat and was the recipient of a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was honorably discharged in 1974.

When Jesus was a in his younger years, he used to bring bums home for his mom to feed. He would always stop to help anyone broke down or to assist with changing a tire.

Jesus moved to Texas in 1989 where he became an employee of American Airlines until his retirement.

Jesus enjoyed playing baseball in his spare time and even commissioned a team with fellow co-workers. He loved Notre Dame and enjoyed collecting pocket watches and Hallmark keep sake ornaments. He was a good joke teller and very animated when doing so.

Jesus is survived by John and Diana Arenas, Richard Arenas, Brent and Cynthia May. He leaves behind his Mother, Barbara Arenas, brother Robert, three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
