The family of HM 3 Ernesto Santiago Serna has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be there to honor their Hero, it will be our honor to do so.

HM 3 Ernesto Santiago Serna 37 entered the United States Navy 12/97 and was Honorably discharged 8/06 Serving in Iraq. While in the Navy Ernesto served as A Hospital Corpsman. Field Medical Service technician and Surgical Technician. He served in the first wave of soldiers deployed in Iraq.

He received the Combat Action Ribbon w/Valor, National Defense Service Medal. GWOT Service Medal, 2 Good Conduct Medals, 2 West Pac deployments on the USS Boxer

 He love his family very much. He is survived by Fiancee Lori Viramantes, Lucas Serna, Raelynn Serna, Alec Serna, Mila Serna, Sister Elaine Acevedo

Ernesto was involved in a motorcycle accident

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church services to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1315/1330 - Est arrival at Cemetery

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
