Through the support of our friends at Risher Mortuary, the Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to honor US Air Force Veteran Arthur Guerra for his service and sacrifice to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Arthur Guerra proudly served in the US Air Force from 1957 to 1958. He earned the rank of Airman First Class at discharge.

After 31 years, Art retired as a Sergeant in the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and followed with 9 years as a Senior Investigator with the City of Long Beach.

Art is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years Janet,  daughters Cynthia, Kathryn and Jacqueline, stepson David, stepdaughter Linda, sister Eloise, brother Ralph, and 10 grandchildren.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero from the Elks Lodge to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
The weather is predicted to be hot so please stay hydrated and don't forget to eat; it can make a difference with your ability to withstand the heat.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission, go to the staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please ride/drive safely.
