The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of MGySgt Jeffrey Allen Davis to honor him at his funeral services.

It will be our honor to pay the respect and dignity to this American Hero that has been rightfully earned over a 30 year career.

Jeffrey Davis was 63 years young at the time of his passing. Jeffrey enlisted in 1973 and served 30 years in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a MGySgt(E-9) in October 2003.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife Maxine, his daughter Liberty and a son also named Jeffrey.

Jeffrey enlisted in the Marine Corps in October 1973 and was a CH-53 Crew Chief, Maintenance Chief and received many awards including the Air Metal. After retirement Jeffrey became a civilian contractor on the CH-53. He enjoyed playing golf and shooting pool, he also mentored many young Marines.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and her family, approximately 15 miles, from the mortuary services to his final resting place at RNC. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
