The family of Monica Elizabeth Mendoza, 62, has invited the PGR to help honor her life and service to his country. It will be a privilege to do so.

Monica Mendoza, 62, entered the United States Army in 1973 and was honorably discharged in 1976, obtaining the rank of SPEC5. While in the Army, Monica served as a Russian Linguist in Augsburg, Germany. She was also a Distinguished Graduate in her class. Monica comes from a large and proud Military family.

Monica Elizabeth Mendoza was born on April 24, 1955 and went to Eternal Rest on August 27, 2017 passing too soon at age 62.  She is survived by her husband of 43 years, John, their 2 children; Jennifer and Jason, 2 grandchildren, her parents, Dennis and Ann Suttmiller, brothers Dennis, Brian, Jon, and sisters Marcia, Betty, Annette, Susan, and Sarah.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran.  Weather forecast is hot and muggy on the day of the mission, so please hydrate the day before and stay hydrated on the day of the mission.   Eating is also very important in helping your body combat heat stroke.  Thank you and be safe

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
