The Dawgs Project has once again invited the PGR to participate in honoring our current and past Military Dog Handlers and their K-9 companions. It will be an honor and a privilege to do so.
Our mission is to ride to March Air Force Reserve base museum and form a Flag Line for the singing of our National Anthem at the beginning of the ceremony. After the ceremony we are invited to stay for the event and share in lunch with our nation’s military dog handlers and K-9 companions. Please contact the Ride Captain Clint “Smurf” Martin if you wish to attend, so we make sure there is enough food. If you already RSVP'd with Clint, don’t worry you are already accounted for.
A highlight of this event is remembrance of K-9 handler Christopher Roybal, 28, USN Vet, who was tragically killed in the Hwy 91 shooting in Las Vegas last year as he was saving other's lives. Christopher's parents, Sam and Missy Roybal will be in attendance. The PGR was honored to attend Christopher's funeral and honor him for his military service and his courage, both in the military and on the terrible day of the shooting. We are honored to remember him now in this ceremony as well.

We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
