The family of Larry E, Everett invites the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in their loved ones funeral services and military honors. We are honored to accept this invitation.

Larry was born and raised in Pennsylvania.  In 1962, after high school, Larry enlisted the USMC. Larry served in Vietnam from NOV 67 to Dec 68 as a Teletype/Crypto Technician operator.  Additionally, Larry was a Maintenance Electronics Chief and Electronics Instructor and Test Engineer. Larry received many military citations, including the Republic of Vietnam Meritorious Unit Citations Combat Action and the Republic of Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm & Frame.

In 1983, after serving the USMC and America for 21 years, Larry was honorably discharged at the rank of Master Sergeant (E-8)

Larry enjoyed family road trips visiting 46 of our 50 states.  He had a great sense of humor and like playing practical jokes on those he loved. He was an avid reader knowing the Bible inside and out, loved playing pinochle and games with his family.  Larry enjoyed politics and world affairs and was well versed in many areas.  He was devoted to his family, a loyal friend and always eager to help others.

Larry was preceded in death by his wife of almost 50 years, Beverly, and is survived by his daughters, Colleen, Bonita and Melissa and 3 grandchildren.

Note:  This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military veteran.  For those interested all are welcome.  We will accompany the hero and his family from the church to his final resting place.  For those that would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
