Per request of our good friend and PGR member Gregg “Digger” Walker (Walker Family Funeral Services), the family of Arthur Luis Gamez has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.

Arthur entered into Eternal Rest on 10 February 2019 in Temecula.

Arthur proudly entered the U.S. Navy in 1972. He served aboard the USS Hunley (AS-31) during the Vietnam War. Arthur earned awards/citations that included the National Defense Service Medal and a Meritorious Unit Citation. He was honorably discharged as a Seaman Apprentice (SA, E-2) in 1974.

After the military Arthur spend more than thirty years working within Transportation Logistics.

Arthur is survived by his wife Rosa, daughters Teresa and Annette and son David. He also leaves behind two brothers and seven grandchildren.

For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church to his final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.
