The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by Todd's Mortuary to attend the Military Honors of Georgiann S. Amey as she makes her final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
Georgiann was born in California on August 18, 1943 and entered Eternal Rest on July 08, 2019.
Georgiann served in the U.S. Air Force from January 1966 through January 1968 where she served as a nurse in Vietnam. Her rank at the time of her honorable discharge was 1st Lieutenant.
After her military service she continued her career in the medical field and was the Chief Nursing Officer at Chino Valley Medical Center.
Little information has been given about this American Hero but we do know that she has no surviving family. Therefore, the Patriot Guard Riders will be her family and stand proudly to honor her for service to our country.
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero from the mortuary to her final resting place. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.
