!!! UPDATE !!! THERE HAS BEEN A ROUTE CHANGE, SEE CORRECTED TIME TABLE BELOW !!!

Part 1 of 2 Parts

The family and the Riverside Sheriffs Department have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany Deputy Robert Allen Foley as he arrives home to his family.

Deputy Robert Foley graduated from the Sheriff's Academy October 30, 2008. He loved being a Deputy but his life was full and he did many other things. Rob was a skydiver, a pilot, an artist, played an acoustic guitar and he rocked an electric. Rob was a jokester, a comedian, should have been a race car driver, an amazing cook, classic car collector, dog lover and the most amazing Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend.  Rob loved his friends and family, he would help anyone in need at any moment, he knew no strangers.

Deputy Foley sadly passed away while out of the country on vacation in Peru, he has been cremated and is being flown into LAX.  We will accompany to a private residence in Riverside (approx 69 mi).

We are also invited to his funeral date TBD.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Law Enforcement Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the airport to the family home. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.
