I want to Thank the SoCal Patriot Guard Riders for the wonderful job they did at my father, Eugene Smith's funeral. I know my Dad would have loved it.
We certainly felt special and honored with the SoCal Patriot Guard Riders as our escort and we felt your pride for our country and recognized it as the same as my father felt and passed on to us.
I had a number of people thank me for your explanation of the military traditions they had witnessed that day. They were unaware. Below is a picture of my grandson age 3, he talked for days about the motorcycles, the flags, and the gun salute. All kids should be exposed to military personnel and traditions.
Thank you again for your service to our country in your traditional branches and your continued service through the SoCal Patriot Guard Riders.
