The family of Manuel Salvador Vargas has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
Manuel was born on 17 September 1951 and entered into Eternal Rest on 12 November 2019.
Manuel served in the US Army from 22 January 1970 to 8 October 1971. He was trained as a Light Weapons Infantryman. Among his awards are the Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army commendation Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Machine gun Badge, First Class Gunner Badge(M-79 Grenade Launcher), Expert Rifle Badge. Manuel was Honorably Discharged as a Specialist 4th Class.
After the service Manuel worked as a Meter Maintenance Technician for 30 years.
Manuel is survived by his wife Lucila.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
