This is one-unit involving two meeting locations. The first will be for PGR coming from Inland Empire area and the second for PGR coming from the San Diego area. Pick whichever staging area is convenient and/or close to you. The Command and FRO (Family Readiness Officer) of a Marine Unit have asked the Patriot Guard Riders to welcome home their brave Marines and Sailors from a recent deployment. These men and women have lived in an environment very different from the one you and I are fortunate to be able to wake up to everyday. This Unit deployed last year, we helped welcome them home in November. They were asked to volunteer to deploy again right away and every single one of them stepped up and shipped out! Let's all come out and show them how much we appreciate what they do for us every day!
NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Marine Unit. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying these Marines to their unit base camp. Please see the time table below if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to either the 2nd staging point or the unit’s base camp, we will meet you there.
