The family and the US Navy have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present as their Hero, HM1 Bryan Scott Goodman, age 36, receives his Military Honors. We will be honored to be there.
Corpsman 1st Class Goodman had served proudly in the US Navy for 15 years, assigned to the Marine Corps on deployment for part of those years. He was presently assigned to NMRTU in Groton, CT when he, sadly, was involved in a motorcycle accident and perished.
His command thought very highly of him and had this to say about him "HM1 Goodman was a compassionate leader, a committed Sailor, a caring Independent Duty Corpsman and a fine young man. He was extremely well liked by the staff and had a distinguished service reputation. He has made a lasting impact to our staff and our nation through his 15 years of dedicated service."
He is survived by his wife and many other family members and friends, and also his fellow Sailors. Fair winds and following seas HM1 Goodman, you will not be forgotten.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
