We have been invited by the family of Thomas J. Eggleston to be present as he receives his military honors.  We are privileged to do so.

Thomas served in the US Army from December 1968 until his honorable discharge in August 1970. At the time of his discharge he reached the rank of SP4.

After his discharge from the Army, Tom was a risk manager for the San Diego School District.

Tom was loving, caring and compassionate to all he met. He was gentle, kind and soft-spoken. He loved to read, paint and play golf.

He is survived by his loving wife, Fawn, his brother Pete, two children, Shahna and Brian and two grand-children.
