The family of Pete Tirre has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to honor their hero. We are privileged and honored to participate.
Pete served his country in the United States Army from November 1972 to April 1974. He was stationed in Frankfurt, West Germany and at the time of his Honorable Discharge he held the rank of PFC.
Following his service to America he was a Diesel Mechanic at Los Angeles Unified School District for over 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed carpentry, auto mechanics, and was a jazz enthusiast and dog lover. He was always the helper and was the first to help his family and friends maintain their homes and vehicles.
Our hero is survived by his girlfriend of many years, Patricia Thompson, his son, Pete L. Tirre, (Army Veteran), and Daughter, Lauren N Tirre (Army Active Duty, W-3). He is also survived by his three brothers, Albert, Nick, and Frank Tirre. in addition there are six grandchildren/step-grandchildren, Destynee A. Frausto, Alize-Cristel Tirre, Francisco Tirre, Aiden Haus, Elena Jaroensuk, and Evan Huang.

You do not have to be a veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the Ride Captain (RC). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
