The family of PFC Gregory Brian Marlatt has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their Hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Gregory Marlatt served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1967 during the Vietnam war. Gregory volunteered to join the Army and became a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne. The 101st Airborne received 17 medals for bravery. The division suffered around 20,000 KIA/MIA during the war, more than twice as many of the 9,328 casualties during WW2.
After the war Gregory went on to be a carpenter working for Bechtel at the San Onofre Nuclear power plant. He also attended Meric College and became a graduate as an Orthopedic Technician where he worked for 12 years before retiring. Greg is survived by his son John.
