!! UPDATE - DAY & TIME CHANGE - SEE NEW TIME TABLE BELOW !!

The family of LCpl Ricardo Ramirez, age 22, and the US Marine Corps, have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to accompany their Hero from the mortuary to the airport as he is flown home to Stockton, California for burial.  We will be honored to do so.

LCpl Ricardo Ramirez was serving with the Marine Corps at Camp Pendleton when he unexpectedly passed away.  He was assigned to the 1st Maintenance Battalion and was well respected by all his fellow Marines, both below and above him in rank.

LCpl Ramirez is survived by many family members and friends and will be dearly missed and never forgotten.

Note: This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero.  For those interested, and all PGR members are welcome, the family has requested an accompaniment from the mortuary to the airport, a distance of approximately 56 miles, please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission.  All PGR members are welcome.  We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your cage (car).  If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage.  Remember to bring an American flag, or military branch flag of the hero to honor this hero.  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
