Margaret was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan on November 15, 1938.  Upon completing High School, she went to work at Michigan Bell Telephone Company until she decided to explore and see the world from the oceans and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in November of 1960.  A year or so later she married and began raising a family, Michael, Kevin and Suzanne became a huge part of her life so she elected not to reenlist in order to spend the most time she could with her new family.  She was discharged, Honorably on May 17, 1963 from her last duty station Naval Air Station, Alameda, CA.

Margaret accepted a position as a Contract Specialist continuing her Federal Service as a Civil Service Employee.  In 1982 she moved her family to Ridgecrest transferring to China Lake until her retirement after 38 total years Federal Service.

Her hobbies included regularly being a spirited Bingo player at the Knights of Columbus and Elks lodge.  She assisted with Knights of Columbus bingo for over 25 years.  She was a resident of Ridgecrest for over 40 years.  After a short battle with cancer, she left this life on 30 December 2022.
