The family of Scott Anderson has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to our country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Scott Ames Anderson served in the United States Army from 1977-1979 and Army Reserves from 1980-1983. He entered the Army in Denver, Colorado and was stationed at Foreign Services in Bromberg, Germany. Scott worked as a Track Vehicle Mechanic and received several awards including The Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and The Good Conduct Medal.

Scott was an energetic man with the drive and determination to own, along with his wife, a successful business, as a high-rise window tinting company. He operated the heavy equipment needed to raise and lower windows and materials to accomplish the tinting required for over three decades and his wife ran the paperwork side of the company. He enjoyed several hobbies: deep sea fishing, civil war re-enactments, scuba diving, snow skiing and water skiing. Scott was always cheerful with a good word to share. He Is survived by his wife Cynthia and his brother Jim.

Remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent with honor and respect for our Heroes—no talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep phones off and engine noise to a minimum. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we honor.
