The family of Lawrence David Orso has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country.  It will be our privilege to do so.

Lawrence served his country proudly with the US Navy from 02/1997 to 08/2004.  He was a Boatswains Mate and obtained the rank of Seaman (E3).

After his time in the Navy, Lawrence worked for the San Diego Police Department for 15 years.

In his civilian life, Lawrence loved baseball, cycling, looking spectacular, neon colors, going to the gym, going to wineries, and cooking.

Our hero is survived by his daughter, Lexzie, and son, Lawrence.  He will be severely missed by his parents, two brothers, and a loving girlfriend.

NOTE:  This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this military and law enforcement hero.  For those interested, all PGR members are welcome.  The family is requesting an accompaniment from the funeral home to the family home in Menifee, approximately 67 miles.  For those who would like to participate, please see the timetable and we will meet you there.
