Part 1 of a 2 part mission

The family of SSG Thomas A. Rittal has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend and accompany their Hero on his arrival and services.  We will be honored to do so.
 
SSG Thomas A. Rittal, 32, US Army, was assigned to Company A, 16th Engineers, 1/1 AD, Ft Bliss, TX.   

He served 2 deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
 
He is survived by his wife, 3 children Aileen Rittal, Kalei Rittal, and Avery Rittal, and his parents.

Part 1 will consist of his arrival back here in So California to his family.  We will meet his arrival at San Diego airport and accompany to the mortuary in Sorrento Valley. If you are able to attend please see time table.  You are welcome to attend any portion of this mission.

1230 - Stand by for Flag Line for dignified transfer to coach
1300 - Est KSU to Mortuary

1335 - Flag Line for Dignified Transfer into Mortuary

Honoring our veterans


You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
