!!UPDATE!! - If you are attending this mission, Robert's favorite color was green, if you have a green shirt available please wear it in Robert's honor. Part 2 of 2 parts Robert, during his life, worked in the heavy equipment industry. He was a mechanic, welder and could fix just about anything that had a motor, and was never afraid to take on a challenge. He could also drive them as well as work on them. He did this for 36 yrs.
When Robert was not working he was riding with the Patriot Guard. He said out of all of the things he had done in his life, nothing was more rewarding to him then doing what we do to insure "Honors are paid to our Nation's Heroes".
Robert was never in the military but always had the heart to want to give back to the men and women that did serve our Country. Robert joined the Patriot Guard 4 yrs. ago and since the first day on a mission, he knew he was where he was supposed to be.
Robert covered hundreds of missions, and thousands of miles making sure that our nation's fallen were honored and respected the way they should be.
Robert went on numerous send offs for the troops, and welcome homes when they got back. He also attended hundreds of missions that we do for those that were lost to either war zones, or PTSD.
Robert is and will always be one of our own. The Beecher family, and the Patriot Guard family are one, and we are going to miss Robert terribly.
Saturday we lay to rest "One of our own"
Robert is survived by his wife Carol of 32 yrs, his Son Robert III, & Daughter Heather.
