This will be a 2 Part mission. The PGR has been invited to receive Master Sgt. Frederick S. Williams, US Army, on his arrival home in San Diego and to honor him at his services. We are honored to do so.
MSG Williams is being flown home to San Diego from Houston, TX for services.
MSG Williams was deployed to Kuwait for 12 months in 1993; he again deployed to Kuwait for 12 months in 2006 and he was deployed to Afghanistan for 7 months in 2013.
Part 1 will consist of our Hero's arrival back in Southern California. We will meet his arrival and accompany our Hero and family from the airport in San Diego to the mortuary in Oceanside, a distance of approximately 38 miles.
Part 2 is scheduled for Wednesday, 9 SEPT. Please watch this thread for additional info.
This is an ACTIVE DUTY mission so there will be dog tags. NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the San Diego Airport to the Funeral Home in Oceanside. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
