Dear Patriot Guard Riders
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the kindness and respectfulness shown by the Patriot Guard Riders at my father's funeral. Having attended a few Patriot Guard Riders missions, I thought I fully knew what you bring to the family of their loved one's passing, but now it takes on a whole new meaning. When I arrived at Forest Lawn, my family was overwhelmed by the amount of riders there to honor my father.
From the beautiful flag line as they placed my father into the couch, to the escort to his place of business, to the flag line in and out of the chapel, to the flag line at my father's final resting place with all the military honors, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
