The family of Bob Olson have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this Hero for his service to our country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Bob enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. on December 7, 1942 and was honorable discharged on November 29, 1945 at the rank of Sgt. He served in the South Pacific Theater with the 4th Amjphibian Tractor Division and was part of the invasions of the Marshall Islands, Guam and Okinawa.
Bob was in the residential painting business for many years. Outside of work, Bob enjoyed horseback riding, camping, and square dancing. He was a life time member of the Equestrian Trails Inc. and a 44 year member of the Sons of Norway.
Bob is survived by a daughter and 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years and a son.

You do not have to be a motorcycle rider or veteran to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride a motorcycle to attend in their car. If this is your first mission, go to the staging area and you will be briefed by the R/C. Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are in a car. Please ride/drive safely.
