Dear Mike and Paul,
I didn't want anymore time to go by without thanking you for going out of your way to honor my son.
From the escort to Forest Lawn from Lax, to his memorial service, to driving all the way up to Big Bear to bring me his plaque and dog tags, you went out of your way to honor my son. I will never forget you and how your presence helped our family during the worst time in our lives. I know that Kurt thanks you too.
I enjoyed our visit when you were here in Big Bear, and hope you will give me a call if you ever find yourselves up this way again. Did you have a good breakfast at Grizzly Manor? I hope you did.
