On behalf of the Burnard family, thank you for having your team headed by Senior Ride Captain, Lorenzo Lizarraga at the service yesterday at Miramar National Cemetery. I had the great pleasure of shaking the hands of each PGR prior to the ceremonies. We were able to introduce each other to the professionals at El Camino Memorial (Tisha Clark) and quickly coordinated how we would stand, walk, talk and assist in this tradition based service.
In attendance was our own Moana Bishop who served in the Navy and was able to participate in her required proper salute with the PGR. SRG Lizarraga gave a brief description of the importance on the 13 folds of the flag. It was a nice touch.
