It's an honor the family of Michael Anthony Timpane invites the Patriot Guard Riders to participate in his military honors.

Michael was born in Los Angeles, CA 22 FEB 43, Michael enlisted in the Navy in 1964 and proudly served a tour in Vietnam aboard the heavy cruiser, USS Dale and was honorably discharged in 1967 at the rank of E3.  Michael earned the Vietnam Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal.

After his discharge from the Navy, Michael was an electrician and in1968 joined the of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 11 and was a member in good standing until his retirement as a Journeyman Electrician.

Michael enjoyed woodworking, collecting stamps, Facebook, reading, and all types of music.

Michael is survived by his beloved companion and wife of 36 years, Cheryl Kostenbader; children, Karelle Timpane Ahrens, Michael Douglas Timpane, stepchildren, Michael Stuart, Rhonda Appelquist, Desiree Young, Greg Stuart, Scott Stuart, Tamitha Stuart, Patrick Curran, Sr,; sisters, Mary Moore, Cecelia Ryan and brother, James Timpane.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
