The family and the U.S. Army have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the arrival and funeral service for American Hero, CPL Todd L. McGurn, it will be our honor to do so.

CPL Todd L. "Bubba" McGurn, age 20, joined the US Army in 2016, he was attached to the 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, the "Iron Brigade" out of Ft. Bliss, TX.  CPL McGurn, along with his unit were deployed to Iraq where he was serving at the time of his death, in a non-combat related incident.

CPL McGurn was from Riverside, California. Todd was also a member of Explorer Scouts as a student prior to joining the Army.

Todd is survived by his mother and father and 2 sisters.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church to the cemetery. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

1045 - Mission briefing

1100 - Stand by for Flag Line when Hero is moved to coach

1130 - Est KSU to Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518 (Family staging area TBD, PGR if you meet us there please form Flag Line at gate or stage just north of Staging #8)  https://goo.gl/maps/fgRy2jiuvtL2

1200 - Est arrival at cemetery

1300 - KSU to assigned shelter for Flag Line, Service and Military Honors

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
