The family of Larry Cross have asked the Patriot Guard Riders to pay Honors on their Heroes final journey home. It will be our Honor to do so.

Larry was 76 years old at time of death . He enlisted in the United States Army and served his time in Vietnam attaining the Rank of SP4/E4. During his time of service he was stationed in Vietnam. He was Honorably discharged as a SP 4/ E4, and received a Vietnam Service medal and the Army Rifle Sharpshooter Badge.

After Larry completed his time in the Army, he worked at numerous jobs as he was truly a jack of all trades. He was a well driller and electrician. Larry could pretty much do anything with his hands.

Larry had a dream of owning a ranch one day so he could grow Alfalfa. He saw this dream come true in 1972 in Lucerne Valley where he bought 100 acres to grow that Alfalfa.

Sadly, we loss Larry to cancer due to his exposure to Agent Orange.

Larry leaves behind thousands of Brothers and Sisters, but the closest to him at time of Death was a Gold Star Dad and fellow PGR Brother Russell 'Rooster" Vrooman. We never leave a Soldier behind and will not Leave Larry! I am proud to call him my Brother!!!

This Mission will have tags as it is Military related death.
