Homes For Our Troops (HFOT), a non-profit organization. has invited the Patriot Guard to attend the Key Turning Ceremony for US Army SGT Cristian Valle, Wounded Warrior, in Temecula, CA and we are honored to do so.

HFOT has built  SGT Valle and his wife and four children a home that has been adapted to his needs and will be mortgage free.  HFOT has done this for many Wounded Warriors across the country.

SGT Cristian Valle was injured in combat and lost a leg, received other traumatic injuries, and lost his other leg in the hospital as it was too severely injured.  He spent 13 months in the hospital and still deals with recurring issues today.

The Patriot Guard will meet, brief, at the initial staging area for the procession. If you wish to participate and meet our Hero, he is expected to meet us at our staging site and we can shake his hand and learn how he is doing.  We are very excited to be there for this as we were there for the ground breaking ceremony several months ago.

We will then bring SGT Valle and his family to the ceremony. Distinguished guests will address the audience during the ceremony.

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this American Hero.  For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the Hero and his family to their new home. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.
