The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of Arturo Herrera to attend his services. We are honored to do so.

Airman First Class Arturo Herrera served in the US Air Force from March of 1957 to March of 1960.  Arturo was stationed in North Africa, Benghazi ,Libya.

He was past post Commander of VFW Post 4696, he was also a Boy and Cub Scout Master. Arturo also volunteered
at at his parish church and was a community activist.

He enjoyed camping , fishing, traveling and buying Lotto tickets. Arturo worked at Sears for 30 years
in Boyle Heights.

Arturo is survived by his wife Maria Luisa, daughter Annette, 2 sons Arturo and Andy, and 2 granddaughters.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
