The family of
James John Vogltanz has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor this hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Mr. Vogltanz proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1974 through 1976. Upon his honorable discharge, he had attained the rank of Airman 1st Class.
After his Air Force service, James was an aircraft and automobile mechanic until becoming disabled from an accident. He enjoyed building and fixing anything and everything.
Mr.Vogltanz is survived by his children Sara Pacheco, James Marlow, JJ Vogltanz, Cheree Hogan, and Laura Evans. He is also survived by his brothers Larry and Dale Vogltanz, his sister Barbara Nowak, and 5 grandchildren.
The family has requested an accompaniment from North University Community Branch Library, a distance of 1 mile. It is our privilege to do so.
Note: This notice is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying this hero and family a short distance to the cemetery. Please see the time table if you would like to participate. For those who would rather go directly to the cemetery, we will meet you there.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
