The family of Daniel Cromwell have asked the PGR to be with them as they bid a final farewell to their hero. It is our honor to do so.
Daniel was born on 16 March 1950 and entered into eternal rest on 21 May 2019.
Daniel joined the US Navy and served from 19 November 1968 to 17 November 1972. His Vietnam tour of duty was spent on the USS Truxtun, a nuclear powered Cruiser. He trained as an Aviation Structural Mechanic.
His awards include the Vietnam Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal. His rank at the time of his discharge was as an Airman E-3.
After the military, Daniel worked as an iron worker (rod buster) for Local 416 for almost 40 years.
Daniel loved to spend time with his family. He also loved classical music, classic literature, and classic rock. He loved vintage cars, especially his 1967 Mustang fastback.
Daniel is survived by his wife of 43 years, Carla, sons Patrick, Spencer, Kelly, Russell, his mother Ann, 3 siblings, and 5 grandchildren.
