The family of Lupe Suarez, age 85, have invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend his funeral service and accompany him to his final resting place, we will be honored to do so.

Lupe Suarez served in the US Air Force from October 14, 1953 to September 17, 1957  During the Korean War Conflict he was stationed at Osan Air Base and worked in personnel records. He received the following awards and medals National defense service medal, Korean Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, United Nations Service Medal and was honorably discharged at the rank of Airman 2nd Class.

After his military service Lupe worked 40 years of retail sales and customer service. He loved to bowl, swim, play softball, BBQ and spending time with family and friends was his favorite. Relaxing smoking his pipe and drinking his brandy daily until his last day.

Lupe is survived by his Spouse- Geraldine Suarez-, Surviving Siblings-Margaret Harraman, Henry Suarez, Steven Suarez, Surviving Children- Sharon Pensabene, Jeffrey Suarez, Steven Suarez, Number of grandchildren (6), Great Grandchildren (9).

NOTE: This mission posting is to facilitate your voluntary participation in honoring this Military Veteran. For those interested, and all are welcome, we will be accompanying the hero and his family from the church to his final resting place, approx 59 miles. Please see the time table if you would like to participate.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
