The family of Jesse David Rodriguez has requested the PGR to attend the Military Honors and funeral for their loved one. We are honored to accept.
David, as he was called, was born in Needles, CA on 12-16-1943. He passed as the result of an automobile accident on 07-16-2020.
David served his country in the Navy assigned to an aircraft carrier from 02-20-62 through 06-24-66. He then served in the Reserves until 02-26 68 when he was Honorably Discharged. He was awarded the Navy Unit Commendation Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal.
After military service, David worked for the Lockheed Corporation for approximately 28 years as an aircraft mechanic, eventually working his way up to a position in Human Resources. He also worked as a certified IRS agent. After his retirement, he returned to college and obtained his BA Degree in Political Science.
David was also active in both the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion where he served one year as Commander and held several other posts throughout the years.
David is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vera; one son, David; stepdaughter, Doreen; and 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by his three brothers and one sister.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the Flag Line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Remember that cemeteries are hallowed ground, show respect to all who are there, not just those being honored.
