The Close Friends of James Louis Carr requests the PGR to stand and participate in his Memorial Service we are HONOR to do so.
James Louis Carr was born 24 May 1949 served in the USA in Fort Hood, Texas. James enlisted in the USA on Aug 12, 1969 at the age of 20 yrs old. James got out on Aug 11, 1975. James was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and Expert (Rifle).
