The family of Reynold Frances Howe, Jr., 64, USA, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to attend the military honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
Reynold was born on Sep 13, 1957 and passed away on New Year’s Day, Jan 1, 2021. Sadly, he succumbed to Covid. Per the family, they had another brother in Arizona who passed away last year. The Arizona PGR was there to attend his military honors.
The family was unable to provide exact military dates as they were unable to obtain his DD214 before his mission. He presumably entered the United States Air Force in 1977 and was honorably discharged in 1988 as Airman First Class (A1C). Per their knowledge, no awards were given.
After his exit from the military, he worked for Hughes Aircraft & Engineering for 10 years as a mechanic. Ironically, he was let go from his position because he did not have a degree. He worked from 2013 until his passing at Electromatic, Inc as a fabrication mechanic.
In his off time, he coached youth soccer and Little League sports. He loved muscle cars, enjoyed home landscaping, and working with anything dealing with electronics and mechanical. At the age of 7, he tore apart his mother’s toaster to fix it, as well as radios. He loved working on cars. As he got older, church members would bring their cars to him to be worked on. His mother said he was a mechanical genius.
Reynold was never married and had no children. He is survived by his mother, Delphina Cameron; two sisters, Janice Paul and Karen Howe; and one brother, Keith Howe.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
