The family of Ronnie Rogers has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Ronnie joined the Navy March 31st. 1967 to May 31st 1995. He was 17 years old when he joined. He became a Navy Seal & rose to the rank of Master Chief & then crossed over to Warrant Officer as CWO4. Ron served in Vietnam and the Persian Gulf. His awards include 3 bronze stars with combat “V”. 3 Vietnam service medals. 2 combat action medals. 1 Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross

Ron passed away at 71 years old. He was killed in a motorcycle accident in May 2021.

After leaving the Navy he went to work as a realtor. He also was a city council member in Imperial beach.

He is survived by his wife Audrey Coleman. His brother Leon & sisters Janet Meyers & Sue Arnold. He had 2 children, Tony & Victoria Rogers, and 3 grandchildren.

The family is asking for the PGR to ride with them from City View Church, 8404 Phyllis Place San Diego Ca 92123 to Miramar.
