The family of retired Motorcycle Officer and US Army Veteran Thomas W. Quick, 83, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor him for his service to his country and his community on the day of his funeral, we are privileged to do so.

Thomas Quick enlisted in the US Army on December 9, 1955 and served until his honorable discharge from active duty on December 6, 1957. He served until May, 1958 in US Army Reserves then immediately signed up for US Army National Guard and served until September, 1965 and had attained the rank of Staff Sergeant.

After the military Thomas went into Law Enforcement and eventually became a Motorcycle Officer for Huntington Beach Police Department where he worked for 20+ years until retirement.

Thomas loved RV camping with his family, and along with his wife was a longtime member of Marriage Encounter.

Thomas is survived by his wife Elaine, daughter Patricia Graenser, sons Scott Quick, Greg Rose and Curt Rose, 8 grandcildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain).  Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car).  Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can.  Please ride/drive safely.
