The family of Robert Allen Grimm has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their Hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.

Robert Grimm proudly served in the US Marine Corps, June 1966 to July 1969, earning the rank of Sgt.  He was deployed to Vietnam and fought bravely, earning the Vietnamese Service Medal w/star, Vietnamese Campaign Medal w/star, Presidential Unit Citation, National Defense Medal, 2 Purple Hearts (one w/star), Combat Action Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal and Rifle Sharpshooter badge.

In the battles of Vietnam, Robert was exposed to Agent Orange which finally led to his death at the age of 74.

Robert worked for the State of California for 36 years, working at the State Building in Los Angeles.  He went on to serve with the Highway Patrol until he retired.  Robert loved going to Disneyland to watch people and eat.  He loved camping with family and friends, especially Bill and Sandy Vargo.

Robert is survived by his wife, Audrey Grimm; Sibling, Barbara Grimm; Children: Kevin and Trevor Grimm.  He had three grandchildren: Nathaniel, Noah and Mia Grimm.
