The family of Andrew Larry Netcoh, 77, has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to be present to honor their Hero for his service to his country. It will be our privilege to do so.
Andy Netcoh graduated from the Albert I Prince Technical School as an Electrician in 1962 and joined the U. S Army in 1963. He was accepted into Paratrooper training after completing Basic training. He successfully completed Paratrooper training and went onto Special Forces training and successfully completed it and was part of those elite group of soldiers known as the Green Beret.
His specialty was in Communication as a Radio Teletype Operator. He spent a tour of duty in Germany during the Vietnam Era. Andy was on active duty for 3 years and honorably discharged at the rank of Staff Sergeant in 1966, and in the active reserves over 10 years. During the winter his unit participated in mountain ski exercises with Canadian Paratroopers in Canada.
Around 50 years ago when he was in his late 20’s he moved his family to Ramona, CA. He got his Electrical Contractors License and started his own business. He named his business Flash Electric. Andy’s Flash Electric serviced Ramona and surrounding areas in San Diego county for over 45 years.
Andy is preceded in death by his parents Frank Netcoh and Mary Artheremise (Denis) Netcoh, his wife Sally Vanostran, brothers and sister in law’s Joseph Chiasson, Nelson and Angela Chiasson, Ronald and Louise Chiasson and Therodore and Lorraine Netcoh, and Sister in Law Nancy Netcoh. He is survived by his son Andrew L. Netcoh, Jr, and Daughter-in-law Jennifer Jones, granddaughters Abigail Jones and Mia Rose Winter and great grandchildren, Shayden Long and Rowan O’Shea, brothers Sam and Carol Netcoh and Robert Netcoh, Sr. cousin Harold Denis and many nieces and nephews, Lorrie Jean Chaisson,

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the Ride Captain (RC). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
