The family of Chad William Delasantos has invited the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to attend the Military Honors of their loved one as he makes his final journey. It will be our honor to do so.
Chad served in the United States Marine Corps from August 16, 1995 until August 15, 1999 as a Military police officer at Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He earned the Rifle Expert Badge (2), Pistol Sharpshooter Badge, National Service Defense Service Medal, and a Certificate of Appreciation. Chad was Honorably Discharged as Lance Corporal.
After his service to his country, Chad was a salesman at Fletcher Jones Audi. He was a great salesman and built many great relationships with coworkers or clients. Prior to Audi, he was a sales manager at Harley. He loved being at Harley. He took part in many extracurricular activities that involved any sort of support for veterans or men and women of service. His favorite thing was organizing these kinds of events. He was a very proud vet, and he also loved his Harley. He lived in Corona Del Mar. He loved being by the beach. He is survived by his husband, Sebastian, his mother, Leslie, his father, Jon, his sister, Kelsey, his brother, Dylan, his nephews Isaac and Levi, and his nieces Abigail and Lyla.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. All PGR members are welcome. We encourage those who do not ride to attend in your car. If this will be your first mission go to the initial staging area and you will be briefed there by the R/C (Ride Captain). Dress for motorcycle riding or dress casually if you are driving a cage (car). Please feel free to attend any portion of this mission you can. Please ride/drive safely.
Please remember that our mission is to stand tall and silent, and with honor and respect for our Heroes. No talking, smoking, or cell phone use during the flag line or service. Please keep radios off and engine noise to a minimum. Observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Remember, cemeteries are hallowed ground. Show respect to all who are there, not just the ones we are honoring.
